I am guessing that by now many of us have had some experience of happy lockdown birthday due to the COVID-19 epidemic. While it may not be a birthday of a special decade or one that attracts attention well under normal circumstances, with food, with food, a few drinks with family and friends, to highlight the occasion With some. It is good to mark our birthday as a nuisance and recognition.
This
year, weddings, anniversaries, and other transient personal events along with
other events of pandemics have also been of little importance or canceled.
Venues, florists, caterers, entertainers, suppliers, and concerned employees
have all suffered financially, as well as significant frustrations and crises
experienced by those affected personally.
How can we celebrate a happy lockdown birthday
-
It is important to start with gratitude. Start by being grateful for your
health. If the people around you are fit and well, this is something to accept
and be thankful for. But this year's financial and personal impact on those
around us cannot be discounted. How many have been affected in your life? While
you may have lost out on your birthday celebration, others have lost their
livelihood, their businesses, many relationships have hit rock bottom. While a
reflection, your birthday may be less important this year, but you can promise
to give yourself an attractive catch to return once again to a more normal
opening.
-
Instead, be imaginative and enjoy the behavior using whatever is available to
you. Many of us are still able to go for local walks. If there is a park,
canal, beach, or attractive place nearby, then decide for a pleasant walk, race, or bike ride. It is good to get out in nature, even if the weather is a little
cold or wet. You can return to the delights of steaming mugs of hot chocolate,
toast crumpets, or delicious stews or casserole that is slowly cooking while you
are out.
-
If you make sure for yourself that you have planned to make your solitary
birthday a little brighter. This means thinking about the pleasant ways you
want to spend the day. Stocking up on your favorite foods, waiting for time
with a good book, choosing TV shows or movies that you can comfortably bathe
with candles and hot towels, phone or zoom calls to family and friends You can
make arrangements, these are all positive options. You can plan ahead to make
the most of your happy lockdown birthday.
-
Online is a great way to keep in touch, but not everyone has access to it. For
those who do, sharing zoom parties can be a good way to get in touch and spend
time together, perhaps to celebrate a special occasion or even to miss someone
Memorial too. Book club, quiz night, single, even sharing affectionate memories
and anecdotes can make a lonely or difficult time more enjoyable and even
enjoyable or fun.
-
Tell people that this is your birthday, especially of your 'friends' on social
media. This year it is particularly important to receive cards and to wish us
well as many of us are missing from personal contact with loved ones. Many
people are very aware of this and have the pleasure of being supportive and
wish you the best. Enjoy receiving their wishes and congratulations. It can be
fun to receive or check cards to read messages, and the possibility of opening
conversations and even new friendships should be noted.
There
are things in life that we can change and others that we cannot, that we just
have to endure, go along with and learn to take one day at a time. COVID-19 and
its effect is one such condition. As living our lives to the fullest, we can
choose our path in negative ways and are trying to have some joy and
appreciation for what we have, thus being the best way to a bad situation, The
lockdown birthday is the healthiest way to share the love and be happy.
